Refund policy

Returns
Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product is in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. 

Enroot Organics PBC holds the right to additional charges if the return does not meet this criteria. If customers use their right to send back an order they should contact Enroot Organics PBC in order to get an address to begin the process

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective or damaged in any way on arrival, Enroot Organics PBC should be contacted immediately to provide support.
